Why should I use a Disney travel planner?
I offer a wide range of services to help plan and organize every aspect of your Disney vacation, saving you time and stress. I can create customized itineraries, assist with booking accommodations and dining reservations, help navigate Lightning Lane, and arrange transportation. Plus, I constantly monitor for price drops and new discounts, so you can be confident you're getting the best possible value for your vacation. Best of all, my services are completely free!
How far in advance should I book my Disney vacation?
Ideally, booking seven months ahead is a good timeframe, as dining reservations can be made six months in advance. Booking early allows plenty of time for planning, although I personally love booking a good last-minute trip.

I provide a personalized quote outlining potential resort options and ticket packages tailored to your needs. I'll help you find the ideal combination of resort, park tickets, and any current discounts to match your style and budget. We can explore options at Value, Moderate, or Deluxe Resorts.
I also include an add-on menu, for extras like photo pass and dining plans.

Nope. My services are FREE!
I am paid by Disney, so you get my expertise and assistance at no additional cost.

For Disney World and Disneyland:
I can book Disney vacation packages, which include resort stays and park tickets.
For ticket-only bookings, there's a minimum requirement of two days.
I can also book room-only reservations.
It's important to note that I only book directly with Disney, so I exclusively work with Disney resorts or Disney-affiliated good-neighbor resorts and unfortunately do not book anything outside of that.
For Disney Cruise Line:
I can help you plan every aspect of your Disney cruise, from selecting the perfect itinerary and stateroom to booking onboard activities and excursions

For vacation packages (hotel & tickets), a $200 deposit is required within 3 days of booking, with the final payment due 30 days prior to check-in.
For ticket-only bookings, full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Room-only reservations typically require a deposit equal to the cost of a one-night stay with final payment due at check-in.

Disney is fantastic at catering to those with food allergies.
You can discuss your dietary requirements with your server upon arrival at the restaurant. You also have the opportunity to consult with a chef or special diets-trained Cast Member, if desired.
You can even email WDW ahead of time after you make your dining reservations if you have four or more allergies or intolerances (Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com).
These unfortunately are not things I can coordinate on your behalf but I will walk you through the process every step of the way!

If you've booked your trip within the last 30 days and it's not paid in full, you can make a request through Disney to transfer the reservation and have me take over as your travel planner. (don’t worry I’ll show you how)
However, if your trip was booked more than 30 days ago or is already paid in full, I unfortunately can't take over the booking. That said, my travel planner would be an amazing resource to help you plan!

While I can technically book Universal Orlando vacations, my true passion and expertise lie with Disney destinations. Because I haven't personally spent as much time exploring Universal's parks, I don't feel I can offer the same level of personalized insight and firsthand recommendations that I provide for Disney.
However, I would be more than happy to connect you with some truly fantastic travel agents who specialize in Universal Orlando! Just send me a message, and I'll happily share my recommendations.
